Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Custom orders, altered gemstones, and special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Because our gemstones and minerals are natural, slight variations in color, inclusions, shape, and pattern are normal and are not considered defects.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. If the error was ours, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
