Schorl known as black tourmaline forming large and mostly forming prismatic crystals. This particular specimen is a lovely looking piece featuring lustrous black tourmaline crystal. The crystal has magnificent metallic luster with highly parallel striations and perfect smooth top termination. The crystal faces are remarkably well defined, very well crystalized all around with gunmetal appearance. The white albite attached as matrix adds much aesthetic view and contrast to this adorable piece. It's an indeed colorful example in contrast of black against white. No repair, no stabilization !
