Brucite was first described in 1824 by Francois Sulpice and named it after the American mineralogist Archibald Bruce, who discovered it. Brucite is a magnesium hydroxide, can be found on its own or sometimes component of marble. Generally not known much for its beauty, most examples are amorphous in shape and are white, colorless, cream or some variation of a light color with a twinge of gray. But brilliant, lemon-yellow examples were found in particular at Wadh, Khuzdar District, they were ground breaking for the species. This stunning brucite is on such of example with saturated bright-yellow coloring that became associated with the area. Its featuring compact, rounded aggregate with a nice detailed silvery white chromite matrix. Lustrous, bright, translucent and isolated aggregate, it is incredibly eye-catching and attractive example. Metaphysically, yellow brucite is believed to be one of the strongest channeling minerals, having a direct impact on one's energy level.
